All nicely done... I like #2 best, but only by the smallest of margins. If you could do something with that extra set of books on the top left of the bookshelf in #3, then #3 would win by a mile.
Went to IKEA with my newly potty trained kid last week, what a disaster since the man working in the kid place was totally mean and scared off him and another little tike with the really big measuring stick.
Oh, I was looking into this very same bookcase, the reason I was there so this is a very timely post..Certainly #3...I'm into clean and tidy.
By the way....who has the time to rearrange not but one bookcase, but three and then take pictures and then post a survey?
Well, I know I'm about two months late and I'm sure you've already settled on one (maybe even before you took the poll), but I'll leave my vote anyway. #3.

#2: I call it "Monochromatic"
#3: I call it "Organized Chaos"
Oooo I love surveys! #2 is the hippest (just saw something like that in the Pottery Barn catalog), but #3 is definitely my fave.

ReplyDelete#1 is too bottom heavy, #2 is too packed and uninteresting, and #3 wins the gold because it is interesting, and still makes good use of all the space.
